Dr. Lohlun, Haffejee and staff deserve more than 5 stars. They have an excellent blend of professionalism and patient care. The surgery is in a class of its own, but beyond that, the human element comes through clearly in the way they communicate. Wonderful staff and enjoyable process. Clean and welcoming facilities. Information was clear and felt totally at ease in the hands of experienced professionals, answering any questions or doubts. Procedure day was calm and no pain. Post-op procedure instructions were detailed and easy to follow.
