Medication Return Policy

For safety, regulatory, and infection-control reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any opened or used medications, including topical treatments, injectables, or prescription products — even if they have only been used once.

This policy complies with South African healthcare regulations governing the storage, handling, and resale of medical products.

Unopened, sealed products may be eligible for return within 7 days at the clinic’s discretion.
